My name is Aerial Sudds, I am the founder of Aligned Healing, I specialize in Somatic Rehabilitation — a trauma-informed approach to bodywork that supports nervous system healing, emotional release, and physical recovery.

What I offer:

• Self-Massage Education: Learn practical techniques to release tension, reduce pain, and build daily body awareness.

• Ergonomic Wellness: Injury prevention and care through posture correction, movement habits, and workplace support.
