Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Appointment Booking All appointments must be booked in advance. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate scheduled clients after you. Full service fees still apply, regardless of shortened session time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service price. Exceptions Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the practitioner’s discretion. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this booking and cancellation policy.
